the room had a balcony with city views it was a premium beautiful king room sofa the bathroom included a large soaking tub there was also a separate walk-in shower. i found complimentary toiletries in the bathroom these included shampoo conditioner body wash and lotion there was also a hairdryer. the room had a mini fridge and a coffee maker i appreciated having these amenities available.
the gym was sometimes crowded during peak hours it made it difficult to access the equipment i needed. it could benefit from more machines.

the staff is amazing, always helpful and very organized. i found the location perfect near all attractions. access to the metro and the business center was easy. everything was clean and well kept too.
i noticed the hotel lacked some clear guidance. the check-in process could be more informative. directions to breakfast, meals, pool could be explained.

the room included a comfortable king bed and provided access to a lounge. it also had a nice bathroom the room was perfect. overall, i found the room to be nice and neat .

the service was really good and every staff member was helpful. the concierge was friendly and made everything easier. i appreciate the staff attentiveness as they always gave recommendations and directions when requested.

executive suitedining room
The executive suite upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The suite featured a separate sitting area and dining room. I found it very comfortable. I was also very impressed that the staff returned the $3000 in cash I had accidentally left in the room safe. It was secured by security and ready for collection immediately.
The hotel was quite busy , made some areas feel a bit crowded.

slippery tilesplastic bottles
The room felt underwhelming for a supposed five-star hotel. although clean, the towels lacked any real softness or fluffiness. i also noticed a few small maintenance issues. The shower hose attachment by the bath didn't work, and neither did the volume control in the bathroom. the cheap plastic bottles of shampoo seemed out of place. they were also inconveniently located on the opposite side of the bath.
